Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I place an order?
To place an order with us, simply follow these steps: 🐇 Send Us an Email - All orders must be placed through email at Stickerbunnies@gmail.com. When reaching out, provide us with the details of your order. 🐇 Include Order Details - For each design you're interested in, please specify: Material Type Finish Type / Laminate Dimensions Quantities 🐇 Provide a Shipping Address: To ensure accurate shipping costs, include your shipping address in your email. 🐇 PayPal Address (if different): If your PayPal address differs from the email you're contacting us from, please provide it for invoicing purposes. 🐇 Tentative Deadline Date: While we strive to accommodate deadlines, please note that providing a tentative deadline date allows us to assess feasibility. We'll confirm in our response whether your deadline is possible. We will respond to your inquiry within a few days and guide you through the ordering process. We look forward to bringing your sticker visions to life!
  • What is the minimum order (MOQ) of sticker orders?
Basic white vinyl stickers/sticker sheets do not have minimum order requirements. For stickers/sticker sheets printed on specialty vinyl (everything other than standard white vinyl), which includes holo, clear, transfer/peeker, etc., the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 10.
  • Can I order samples of my designs?
Yes! With our low minimums, you can order a single sticker of each of your designs to try out our services. Please be advised that this can slow down your order time though!
  • How do I order + submit files for multiple designs?
When ordering, list out what your designs are called, what materials you'd like to use, and the sizes. We use this information to build your cut paths and create your invoice. 🐇 To submit multiple files, you can email us ZIP files or create a Google Drive folder and send us a link (be sure to allow viewing).
  • How long will it take to make my order?
For the majority of orders, the standard production turnaround time is 10-14 business days. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time. However, production time may vary depending on our workload, the size of your order, and any holidays or conventions. Having a large mixture of vinyls and laminates may increase the production time. If you have an event or time-sensitive project, please contact us before placing an order to see if we can fulfill your order by your deadline.
  • Can I purchase my B-grade stickers?
Yes, you can! We offer B-grade stickers as an add-on to your purchase. All orders will have excess printing, so in an effort to reduce waste, you can opt-in to receive your excess stickers that did not pass the QC process. That said, you will always receive some extra stickers when possible free of charge, regardless of your decision to opt-in or out for B-Grades. 🐇 Please note the following details regarding B-grade stickers: Opt-in/Opt-out - Unfortunately, since we are not making a profit on these, we cannot allow you to choose which you would like. You either opt-in to receive all or opt-out to receive none. We cannot provide a quote in advance. If your B-Grades are in excess of 10% of your order, we will email you again to ensure that you would like to purchase them before shipping. Pricing - B-grades are priced by weight and range from 30% to 50% of their original price. Examples of B-grades include - 🐇 Excess A grades. This is most common. We always over print to ensure your order has enough A quality stickers to ship. Sometimes, none of them are actually B-grades, just excess A. 🐇 Small scratches. Scratches in the ink. 🐇 Holo break. Holographic vinyl has a split down the center and as a result a few of every printing end up with a line under the print. 🐇 Small dust. Dust stuck under the laminate. 🐇 Incorrect finish. We messed up and laminated it gloss when it was supposed to be matte! 🐇 Missing white ink. We forgot to turn white ink on! oops! We deem some stickers as unsellable (F-Grade) and will NOT include these in B-Grades: 🐇 Missing laminate 🐇 Exposed adhesive 🐇 Hair under laminate 🐇 Ink splashes over the artwork 🐇 Color banding. Sometimes when the ink is low, the printer will print gaps that appear as bands in the artwork.
  • Can I see a production proof before ordering?
As a small operation, we are unable to offer production proofs for every order due to resource constraints. While offering proofs would extend our turnaround time for your order, they are available upon request.
  • Can I place a reorder of a sticker you've already printed for me?
Absolutely! We keep a backup of all your files, making it easy for you to reorder designs you've previously sent us. Reorders will be an exact reprinting of your previous order. If you've made updates to the artwork, please provide us with the new files before printing.
  • How long will it take to get a response to my email?
We aim to respond to all emails as soon as we can, but please understand that we are a small team - so response times may vary depending on our workload and any ongoing events, such as convention weekends. Normal Response Time: Emails typically receive a response within a few business days. However, please note that as we have a small team, there may be slight delays because our Email staff is also our Production staff, so we're also working on customer orders. Please refrain from bumping your email if you're worried about receiving a quick response. Responding to your own email bumps it to the top of our inbox, causing it to appear as a brand new email. We strive to answer emails in the order they are received, so responding to your own email may unintentionally push your email to the bottom of the list of emails we need to respond to. Convention Weekends: During convention weekends, our team may be out of town, resulting in longer response times. Emails will be addressed after convention hours or once the team has returned from the convention. We appreciate your patience during these periods! If you have urgent inquiries regarding due dates or deadlines, feel free to reach out to Head Bun (Chrispy) or one of the other mods in our Discord server. Simply provide your email address, and they'll be able to assist you promptly. Rest assured, we strive to answer emails in the order they are received, ensuring fair and efficient communication for all our customers!
  • When do I get an invoice?
We handle all invoicing via PayPal. From there, you can choose to pay via your own PayPal funds or with a debit or credit card. As a small team, we optimize our time by batching tasks. When we're not engaged in hands-on production, we take time to answer emails or send out invoices. While we strive to send invoices as early in the production process as possible, our batching process may result in invoices being sent closer to when your order is ready to ship. Once a team member notifies you via email that your order is in the queue, rest assured that it is being processed. Your invoice may arrive the next day or the next week, but your order remains in the queue. So, don't worry if your invoice doesn't arrive immediately right away.
  • What type of file formats do you accept?
We would love to have Illustrator (Ai) files with cut lines. But we will accept JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, SVG, TIFF, and PSD files.
  • How do I chose which parts of my design have a material effect?
For our special materials, we have endless possibilities on how your stickers can turn out. Be sure to check out the file formatting page for more information about how to setup your files for specialty materials.
  • When do I need a white layer for non-white stickers?
A white layer is where white will be printed on your sticker behind your design, only on special materials such as clear and holographic. To make colors opaque, we need to print this white behind the colors.
  • Can you print gradients on stickers?
Yes, gradients are no problem for us to print!
  • Can you print in RGB?
No, RGB is for screen use such as your computer or phone. We use a 8 color CMYK printing process, so we can print a larger range of colors than typical CMYK printing. For the most accurate colors create your artwork in CMYK colors.
  • Can you print photos/illustrators as stickers?
Yes we print all images, including, photos, illustrations, gradients, or anything else!
  • Can I have a border in a color other than white?
Yes we can! You can choose a background color, or stretch your artwork to create a bleed, or include your own cutline on the artwork. Please include a 2mm bleed for the cutline for our error margins.
  • Can I include a custom cutline for my sticker?
Supplying an Illustrator file with vector cut paths is preferred, but not required. If you are unable to create your own vector cut lines, our team can do this for you. If you need a shape that is different from the outline of your image, please provide a guideline in the form of a separate image or layer in the desired shape.
  • Can you make a sticker to my custom shape?
Yes, we can cut your sticker exactly to your design for no additional charge. This includes sticker sheets!
  • What are kiss-cut stickers?
Kiss-cutting means the edge of each sticker is cut by a sharp metal knife but the cut does not penetrate the sticker’s backing so they arrive on a small sheet and the sticker can be easily pulled off.
  • Can you print on the back of the stickers?
No, we currently do not have the capability to offer back-printing on stickers.
  • What is the smallest/largest sticker you can print?
The minimum size you can order with us is 1x1 for die cuts, 2x2 for sticker sheets, and 3x3 for peekers. Our largest sticker project that we're offering at this time is 18x24 inches.
  • What type of file formats do you accept?

  • What are the requirements for sticker sheets?
🐇 Each sticker needs to be at least 0.25in 🐇 Each sticker needs to have at least 0.05in of bleed (if applicable) outside of the kiss-cut path 🐇 Each sticker must be 0.1in away from each other and from the edge 🐇 The edge of the sticker sheet must have 0.1in of bleed for the edge (this last bit is for if you want a background! the background does not need to be a solid color - you can print patterns, gradients, etc. but there needs to be a bleed!)
